How we work

• When we take on an assignment, our goal (often met) is to provide a client with strong candidates within the first two weeks.
• We only present to clients a candidate that we have thoroughly screened through a prior interview, and who we feel is worth the clients' time.
• Over the years we have developed a large screened database of professionals around the country. Working in the individualized way that we do, many folks in the database are happy to help in our extensive networking process.
• We stay cutting-edge in our use of the Internet to locate and identify candidates.
• We continually monitor the process and collaborate with our client, as we jointly strategize to generate effective hires and long-lasting resolutions to personnel needs and issues.
